William P. "Bill" Morgan, 63, of Collinsville, IL, born Sunday, June 14, 1959 in Granite City, IL and passed away on Wednesday, July 13, 2022 at Barnes Jewish Hospital, St. Louis, MO.

Bill was a project manager for over 35 years in Commercial Construction.  He enjoyed fishing, boating, barbecuing and a cold Budlight.  Bill was the life of the party and always tried to make everyone laugh.  He knew the right time to crack a sarcastic joke.  Bill often said "I wish I knew how to have grandkids before I had my own Kids."  Above all Bill loved his family and wanted nothing more than to spend all his time with them.

He was preceded in death by his father, James Morgan; and his siter Dawn Morgan.

Surviving are his wife, Pam (nee Jones) Morgan of Collinsville, IL; his children, Shawn (Stephanie) Skaggs of O'Fallon, MO, William Morgan of Collinsville, IL, Melanie (Michael) Shelton and Kimberly (Nathan) Italiano both of Troy, IL; his grandchildren, Zachary Fields, Stormy Meyers, Morgan Shelton, Phoenix Ferris, Raiden and Roslyn Skaggs and Connor and Gavin Italiano; his mother, Ruth (nee Montgomery) Morgan of Granite City, IL; and his brothers, James Morgan of Edwardsville, IL and Scott Morgan of Granite City, IL; and many dear friends.
