Obituary
William "Bill" Hunsche, 80, of Troy, Ill., born June 11, 1930, in Troy, Ill., died Tuesday, June 29, 2010, at Barnes-Jewish Hospital, St. Louis, Mo.
Mr. Hunsche retired from National Steel after 44 years as an electrician. He was a member of Bluffview Baptist Church in Collinsville, Ill., and SOAR-Retirees of U.S. Steel. Bill loved to fish and garden and enjoyed making breakfast, but most of all he loved and cherished his family, especially his grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Harry and Anna, nee Kimberlin, Hunsche; and a brother, Charles Hunsche.
Surviving are his wife, Bell Ann, nee Oberkfell, Hunsche; his son, Bill Hunsche of Edwardsville, Ill.; his daughter, Linda Hunsche of Maryville, Ill.; grandchildren, Scott, Meghan and Anna Hunsche; daughter-in-law, Kristie Hunsche of Marine, Ill.; and brothers, Roy Hunsche of Taylorville, Ill., and Bob Hunsche of Oakland, Calif.
Memorials may be made to Bluffview Baptist Church, Collinsville, Ill.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, July 2, 2010, at Laughlin-Richeson Funeral Home, Troy, Ill.
Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, July 3, 2010, at Laughlin-Richeson Funeral Home, with Rev. Roger Wright officiating. Burial will be at Friedens Cemetery, Troy, Ill.
