William Leroy Ammann, 69, of Troy, Ill., born May 21, 1941, in Highland, Ill., died Monday, May 16, 2011, at St. Lukes Medical Center, St. Louis, Mo.
Mr. Ammann was the owner/operator of a trucking company. He was a member of St. James Catholic Church in St. Jacob, Ill.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Elmer and Pearl, nee Marti, Ammann.
Surviving are his wife, Sandra L. Ammann; daughter, Chandra Weiss of Highland, Ill.; son, John (Sheri) Ammann of Highland, Ill.; and grandchildren, Joshua, Nicholas and Lucas Ammann and Kenny Weiss.
Memorials may be made to the Cancer Society.
Friends may call from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Friday, May 20, 2011, at St. James Catholic Church, St. Jacob, Ill.
Funeral service will be held at 11:30 a.m. Friday, May 20, 2011, at St. James Catholic Church, St. Jacob, Ill., with Father Pat Jakel officiating.
