Virginia M. "Peg" Llewellyn, 90, of Troy, IL, born Friday, November 22, 1929 in St. Louis, MO and passed away on Sunday, August 23, 2020 at Anderson Hospital, Maryville, IL.

Peg was a faithful member of St. Jerome Catholic Church, Troy, IL and was a member of St. Ann Sodality.  She loved her animals cats and dogs and feeding the birds and squirrels.  She was always ready to play a game of cards and enjoyed going to the casino.  She loved her family and was always happy spending time with them and her cat Itsy.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Rees Llewellyn whom she married May 7, 1949 and he passed away March 21, 2008; her daughter, Kathleen M. Nemsky;  great-grandchild, Destiny Nemsky;  her parents, Willard and Mae (Yedlicka) Robinson; and a brother, Donald Reeves.

Surviving are her children, Leonard (Michelle) Llewellyn of Troy, IL and Patricia (Douglas) Switzer of Troy, IL; son-in-law, Michael Nemsky of Troy, IL; grandchildren, Ashley (Matt) Muchie-Switzer, Brandon (Tara) Switzer and Doug Nemsky; great-grandchildren, Troy Nemsky, Karlee and Kamdyn Switzer, Ziggy Nemsky and Teddy and Francis Muchie; and a brother, John Reeves of St. Louis, MO.

Funeral Mass will be held at 10 am on Wednesday, August 26, 2020 at St. Jerome Catholic Church with Fr. Kevin Laughrey officiating.  Interment will be in St. John the Baptist Cemetery, Black Jack, IL.
