Virginia Catherine "June" Lovell, 85, of Troy, Ill., born July 19, 1928, in Primrose, Pa., died Thursday, Oct. 31, 2013, at her home.
June was a member of St. Jerome Catholic Church in Troy, Ill. She retired as a secretary from SIUE.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Christopher Ramirez; second husband, Chester Lovell; parents, Robert and Flora, nee Dhans, Barton; and brother, Robert Barton.
Surviving are her daughter, Kathy (Del) Warma of Troy, Ill.; grandchildren, Erin Warma, Eric Warma and Eian Warma; great-grandchildren, Ried Warma, Caden Guthrie, Nicole Guthrie and Grace Warma; and sisters, Rose Mustain of Seattle Wash., and Shirley Pych of Chicago, Ill.
Memorials may be made to St. Jerome Catholic Church or SSM Hospice.
Friends may call from 9 to 10 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 6, 2013, at St. Jerome Catholic Church, Troy, Ill.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 6, 2013, at the church with Father Pat Jakel officiating. Burial will be at Friedens Cemetery, Troy, Ill.
