Obituary
Valeria E. Horton, age 83, of Troy, Illinois, passed away Thursday morning, June 24, 2004 at Maryville Manor Nursing Home in Maryville, Illinois.
Ms. Horton was born in Larchwood, Iowa to Herbert and Mary (nee Causey) Horton. She had lived in Troy since 1981, coming from Granite City, Illinois.
She is survived by a sister, Mrs. Viola Sexton of Troy, a brother, Virgil Horton, Sr., of Christian City, Georgia; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation: 9:00 - 11:00 AM, Monday, June 28, 2004 at Laughlin Funeral Home
Funeral Service: 11:00 AM, Monday, June 28, 2004 at Laughlin Funeral Home Chapel, with Pastor David Deese of New Life Assembly of God Church, Troy, Officiating.
Interment: McInturff Cemetery, Mulberry Grove, Illinois
Memorials may be made to either Unity Hospice or to the Family.
