Obituary
Thomas M. "Tom" Oliver, 76, of Troy, IL, born November 30, 1939, in East St. Louis, IL, died Saturday, April 2, 2016 at his home surrounded by his loving family.
Tom was a retired truck driver and proud member of Teamster local 610.
He was preceded in death by a son, Mike Phillips; parents, Martin and Ruby (nee DeVore) Oliver; and a brother Martin Oliver.
Surviving are his wife of 54 years, Doris (nee Clark) Oliver of Troy, IL; son Jason (Marcy Canini) Oliver of Troy, IL; grandchildren Andrew and Kaitlynn Canini; great-grandchildren, Liam Canini and Skyler Smith; a sister, Myrtle Madden of Indiana; sister-in-law, Lou Oliver of Troy, IL; nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, April 5, 2016, and 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 6, 2016, at Richeson Funeral Home, Troy, IL.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 6, 2016, at the funeral home, with Rev. Charles West officiating. Burial will be in Lake View Memorial Gardens, Fairview Heights, IL.
