Obituary
Thomas R. Byrne, age 76 years, of Troy, Illinois, born April 27, 1928 in Monessen, Pennsylvania, died April 24, 2005. Mr. Byrne is survived by his wife, Carol (nee:Hawkins) Byrne of Troy, Illinois, one son, Kevin (Linda) Byrne of Troy,Illinois, one daughter, Mrs. Katheryn (Edward) Noeth of Troy, Illinois, a daughter-in-law, Dee Ann Byrne of Troy, Illinois, a sister, Mrs. Mary Gertrude (Joseph) Simons of DeKalb, Illinois, and 6 grandchildren. Mr. Byrne was preceded in death by his parents, Regis C. and Florence (nee:Gush) Byrne, one son, Timothy Byrne who died March 29, 2003, and one sister, Betty Shevik.
VISITATION:Friends may call at the Laughlin Funeral Home after 4 P.M. on Wednesday, April 27, 2005. Wake service will be at 4 P.M. on Wednesday. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 A.M. on Thursday, April 28, 2005 at Mother of Perpetual Help Church, Maryville,Illinois. Burial will be at St. John the Baptist Catholic Cemetery, Black Jack.
MEMORIALS: Belleville Southern Illinois Hospice, Cancer Society, or to Mother of Perpetual Help Church Bell Tower.
