Obituary

Theodore E. Graham (Two Feathers) of Troy, IL went to be with the angels on July 14, 2012. He was born July 2, 1930 in Vienna, New York, son of Ernest and Beulah Nelson Graham. He passed away on July 14, 2012, from many complications from the motor vehicle accident on June 27, 2012, in Tennessee. He was educated in Florence in a one room school house and graduated from Camden Central High in 1948. After graduation, he went to work for Camden Wire. In 1950 Ted enlisted in the United States Army, and was stationed at Kaiserslautern, Germany during the Korean War. On December 23, 1950 he married Vera Mae Hazelwood. She passed away January 1992.

When he returned home from the Army in 1953 he went to work for Laribee Wire Company as a machine operator, and later became a foreman. Shortly after that he became an over the road truck driver for Laribee Wire. In 1975 he moved to Tucson, AZ and became a cabinet maker for Leer jet. While in Arizona he also went to many Rendezvous and Re-In-Actments, and also did Commercials for the Tucson Mountain Men where he got the name (TWO FEATHERS). Ted and his friends enjoyed many Re-In-Actments, and Rendezvous together. He came back to Camden in 1985 and drove again for Laribee Wire until they burned and then went to Omega and also Auburn. After his retirement in 1989 he went to work for Camden Wire and did some shuttle driving from 1990 to 2006.

On February 14, 1993 he married the former Carla Snow Metott. In 1995 they moved to Florida and had 17 great years there and many friends. they did some traveling. Ted joined th R/C Club and continued to build and fly airplanes with his new friends; once a week they all went to lunch. Then on April 18, 2011 due to illness they moved out with family to Troy, IL.

To enjoy all his happy memories Ted leaves behind his wife Carla Snow Graham, two stepdaughters; Janette Sepulveda and Karen Denham, one stepson Robert Metott, one granddaughter, Stephanie Denham, and four grandsons, Steven Metott, Tristan Ellison-Metott, Nicholas Denham and Stephon Sepulveda. He also is survived by one biological daughter Chrystal Hutzel, Tucson, AZ, three sister-in-laws, CArolyn Graham, Dutch Graham and Janet Graham. He was preceded in death by his three brothers, Francis, Ernest and Gerald.

At Ted's request, because he was married to, two good women in his life he has requested cremation take place and both spouses recieved some ashes. He has requested no service's and will be buried in Port Lyden, New York with his first wife Vera. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his name to: Heartland Hospice, 333 Salem Place Ste. 150, Fairview Heights, IL 62208
