Steven Lee Leadley, age 62 of Troy, Illinois, died peacefully at his home on July 26, 2010 with family members by his side. He was the husband of Gloria J. Leadley.

Steven was born November 22, 1947 in Kewanee, Illinois and was an accountant for Top Care Landscaping.

He was preceeded in death by his parents, Clark E. and Bettie J. (nee Ryan) Leadley, and brothers, Mark, Ronnie, and Vorris Lee Leadley.

Steven is survived by his wife, Gloria J. (nee Kneer) Leadley of Troy, IL; sons, Tim (Delfina) Kircher of Collinsville, IL., Timothy Leadley of Freeburg, IL., and Todd (Kelly) Leadley of Delavan, IL. daughter, Patricia (Rick) Baer of Bartonsville, IL.; grandchildren, Beth Baer, Colleen Leadley, Erik Baer, Xavier Carter, Ryan Leadley, Cameron Carter, Edwin Kircher, and Ellis Kircher; sisters, Linda Wedekind of Bradford, IL, Bonnie (John) Holland of Dunlap, IL., and Virginia Barnes of Columbus, GA.

The family would be most appreciative of memorials to Hospice of Southern Illinois.

Visitation will be Saturday, July 31, 2010 from 2 to 4 pm at Laughlin - Richeson Funeral Home, Troy, IL.

Funeral services will be Saturday, July 31, 2020 at 4 pm at Laughlin - Richeson Funeral Home with the Rev. Brian Downs officiating.

A second service will be August 7, 2010 at Bethel Lutheran Church, 200 Colona, Bartonville, IL 61670. Visitation will be from 1 to 3 pm. and the service at 2:30 pm with the Rev. Elmo Hinrichs officiating.
