Sean Lee Creath, 20 years old, born November 28, 1985, passed away from an accident on April 18, 2006 in Troy, Illinois.
Sean attended Triad High School and graduated in 2004. Sean loved to skate board and play his guitar whenever possible. He enjoyed life and his many friends. Sean was in a volleyball league at the Tri-Township Park which he enjoyed immensely. He was a landscaper for Fetter's Landscaping and Garden Center in Troy, Illinois and a member of Mother of Perpetual Help Church in Maryville, Illinois. Sean was a friend and source of joy and laughter to all who knew him. Sean will be deeply missed, but will live forever in our hearts and memory.
Sean is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Harold and Betty Hamilton.
Sean is survived by his parents Terry and Maureen (nee: Hamilton) Creath of Troy, Illinois, a sister Valerie Creath of Collinsville, Illinois, paternal grandparents, Charles and Billie Creath of Collinsville, Illinois and a host of dear cousins and nephews.
VISITATION HOURS: Friends may call at the Laughlin Funeral Home after 4:00 P.M. on Friday, April 21, 2006.
FUNERAL SERVICE: Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday, April 22, 2006 at 10:00 A.M. at Mother of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in Maryville, Illinois.
INTERMENT: will be at Calvary Cemetery in Glen Carbon, Illinois.
Memorials may be made to St. Patrick's Center in St. Louis, Missouri or for a Head Stone for Sean.
