Sandra Lee Stoops, 39, of St. Jacob, IL, born Dec. 22, 1976, in Camp Lejeune, NC, died June 25, 2016, at Anderson Hospital, Maryville, IL.

Sandra was a member of The Pentecostals of Troy, Troy, IL. She was a loving mother, daughter, sister, granddaughter and friend to many.

She was preceded in death by her uncle, Howard Lee Bradshaw; and cousin, Randallyn Grater.

Surviving are her parents, Rick Lockeby of St. Louis, MO, and Deborah (nee Bradshaw) ( Larry) Rowe of Troy, IL; son, Gavin A. Stoops; daughter Samantha Kelsay both of Troy, IL; sisters, Natalie (Chris) Shaffer of Anna Marie Island, FL, Misty L. (Matthew) Jones of Bradenton, FL, Erika (Chris) Fleming of Preston, CN, Jesse (Jason) Parish of Maryville, IL and Larra Rowe of Troy, IL; brothers, Nathan (Amie) Rowe of Springfield, IL and Levi Rowe of Bradenton, FL; grandparents, Bishop Howard and Anna (nee Zellers) Bradshaw and Jim and Rosie (nee Schiefer) Lockeby all of St. Jacob, IL; aunts and uncles, Vicki and Randy Grater of St. Jacob, IL, Vickie and Bob Eldridge of Staunton, IL, Cindy and Paul Thompson of St. Jacob, IL, Rev. Brian and Lori Bradshaw of Troy, IL, Connie Welch Bradshaw of St. Jacob, IL; many cousins, great-aunts and uncles and a host of other family and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 12 noon Thursday, June 30, 2016, at The Pentecostals of Troy Church, 8965 Route 162, Troy, IL, with Bishop Howard Bradshaw, Rev. Paul Thompson and Rev. Andy Eldridge officiating. Burial will be in Keystone Cemetery, St. Jacob, IL.
