Obituary
Sandra Ellen Hanser, nee Tegtmeyer, 67, of Troy, Ill., born Feb. 13, 1944, in Highland, Ill., died on Sunday, May 15, 2011, at her home in Troy, Ill.
Sandra was a member of VFW Post 5691, Collinsville, Ill. Ladies Auxiliary and a 1962 Graduate of Triad High School.
Mrs. Hanser was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Hanser; parents, Harold and Elizabeth, nee Bohnenstiehl, Tegtmeyer; and a sister, Joyce Ann Blaine.
Surviving are her children, Steven (Pam) Pratt of Belleview, Fla., Scott (Cindy) Pratt of League City, Texas, Teri Pratt of Troy, Ill., and Laura Hofmann of Belleville, Ill.; grandchildren, Brandon Austin, Josh Austin, Garret Pratt, Jacob Burton, Amanda Hofmann, Paige Pratt, Lillian Pratt and Amelia Pratt; and great-grandchildren, Alex and Benjamin Austin.
Memorials may be made to Fisher House at Jefferson Barracks, St. Louis, Mo.
Friends may call from 4 to 6 p.m. on Wednesday, May 18, 2011, at Laughlin-Richeson Funeral Home in Troy, Ill. It was Sandra's wish to be cremated.
