Sandra G. Bowler, 88, of Troy, IL, born Friday, March 12, 1937, in Granite City, IL and passed away peacefully at her home on Tuesday, July 8, 2025.

Sandra and Roger were long time faithful members of Trinity Methodist Church in Granite City, IL.  Sandra taught at Worthen Elementary in Granite City, IL.  She loved her family and the times she spent with them.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Roger J. Bowler whom she married February 6, 1960, and he passed away on April 2, 2021, her children, Roger J. Bowler Jr., Robin L. Bowler and Gay Lyn Bowler.

Surviving is her grandson, Joseph B. (Elissa) Bowler of Granite City, IL; and her great-grandchildren, Roman Joseph and Ivy Bowler.

Visitation for Sandra will be 11 to 12 noon on Thursday, July 17, 2025, at Richeson Funeral Home, Troy, IL

Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Thursday, July 17, 2025, at Richeson Funeral Home, Troy, IL with Rev. Lisa Guilliams officiating.  Interment will be at Sunset Hills, Glen Carbon, IL
