Obituary
Roy W. Hormann Jr., 76, of Troy, Ill., born May 19, 1933, in St. Louis, Mo., died Monday, May 17, 2010, at Highland Health Care.
Mr. Hormann was a shipping clerk for Lever Brothers.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Virginia L., nee Cody, Hormann whom he married on Oct. 2, 1965, and who died June 21, 2001; and his parents, Roy W. and Frances, nee Hackmann, Hormann Sr.
Surviving are his son, Roy W. (Paula) Hormann III of Highland, Ill.; and grandchildren, Alexis, Ryan and Connor Hormann.
Memorials may be made to Troy United Methodist Church.
Friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, May 19, 2010, at Laughlin-Richeson Funeral Home, Troy, Ill.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, May 20, 2010, at Laughlin-Richeson Funeral Home, with Rev. Dennis Price officiating. Burial will be at Friedens Cemetery, Troy, Ill.
