Obituary
Ronald Gene Lightle of Troy, Il., born January 7, 1939 in St. Louis, Mo. died Sunday, December 14, 2008 at Anderson Hospital, Maryville, Il.
Mr. Lightle was a retired school teacher from the Normandy School District in St. Louis, Mo. He was a graduate of the College of the Ozarks of which he was a Member of Alumni.
Mr. Lightle was preceded in death by his parents Harley Lightle, Sr. and Alma, nee Lytle, Lightle.
Surviving are five brothers, Harley (Olga) Lightle of Troy, Il., Robert Lightle of Florissant, Mo., Thomas (Gayle) Lightle of Dixon, Tn., Martin (Sherri) Lightle of Hazelwood, Mo., Rodney (Vickie) Lightle of Hazelwood, Mo.; two sisters, Reva Eller of Florida and Anita Nelson of St. Charles, Mo.; and nieces and nephews.
Memorials to the charity of the donor's choice appreciated.
Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, December 17, 2008 at Laughlin-Richeson Funeral Home, Troy, Il.
Funeral service will be at 7 p.m. Wednesday, December 17, 2008 at Laughlin-Richeson Funeral Home with Rev. Charles West officiating.
Mr. Lightle's wishes were to be cremated.
