Rick L. Lockeby, 65, of Summerfield, IL, born January 1, 1953 in Highland, IL, passed away peacefully on December 13, 2018 surrounded by his family at Jefferson Barracks Hospital, St. Louis, MO.

Rick honorably served his country in the United States Marine Corp. He loved riding his Harley motor cycle, nature channel on TV, scuba diving, fast cars and the race track. He was a gentle loving father and grandfather, son and brother. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Sandra Lee Stoops and a niece, Randallynn Grater.

Surviving are his daughters, Misty (Matthew) Jones of Holmes Beach, FL and Erika (Christian) Fleming of Collinsville, IL; grandchildren, Austin Zajac, Gavin Stoops, McKenzie and Mason Jones, Samantha Kelsay, Matalyn Jones, Hunter and Tate Fleming; parents, Jim and Rosalee (nee Schiefer) Lockeby of St. Jacob, IL; sister, Vicki (Randy) Grater of Highland, IL; nephew, Adam Grater; and mother of his children, Debbie Bradshaw Rowe; cousin and friend.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at 11 am at RICHESON FUNERAL HOME, Tory, Il, with Rev. Howard Bradshaw and Rev. Brian Bradshaw officiating. Interment will follow with military honors in Keystone Cemetery, St. Jacob, IL
