Obituary
Rex H. Hoyle, 91, of St. Jacob, IL born Friday, April 17, 1931 in Ramsey, IL and passed away peacefully at his home on Wednesday, February 22, 2023.
Rex served his country faithfully in the United States Navy. He loved his family and always enjoyed the times spent together.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Evelyn (nee Benefiel) Hoyle; a grandchild, his parents; eight sisters and one brother.
Surviving are his children, Lee (Michelle) Hoyle of Greenville, IL, Dennis (Dawn) Hoyle of St. Jacob, IL, Patricia A. (Randal) Eckstein of Alhambra, IL, Cathy (David) Mintert of Highland, IL, Cheri (Nicholas III) Marinos of Trumbull, CT, Nancy (Joseph) Elsmore of Portland, OR; 21 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
