Phillip Scott Hicks Jr., 30, of Troy, Ill., born March 15, 1981, in St. Louis, Mo., died Friday, March 2, 2012, at Anderson Hospital in Maryville, Ill.
Surviving Phillip are his father, Phillip S. Hicks Sr., of O'Fallon, Ill.; grandparents, Raymond and Ramona, nee Cherikos, Hicks of Troy, Ill.; aunt and uncle, Cindy and Mark Chisenhall of Mocksville, N.C.; special care giver, Gail Fisher of Highland, Ill.
Memorials may be made to charity of ones choice appreciated.
Private services were held.
