Phillip Q. Busey, 71, of St. Jacob, IL, born May 14, 1946 in Jacksonville, IL, passed away Dec. 13, 2017 at Highland Health Care Center, Highland, IL.

Phil retired from SIUE on December 31, 2015, after 22 plus years working as a desktop Technician for Information Technology Services. Phil worked with the School of Engineering maintaining faculty, staff, lab computers and servers.

Preceded in death by his parents, Howard and Frances, nee Magner, Busey.

Surviving are his faithful friends.
