Philip G. Creath, 76, of Troy, IL, born, July 12, 1949, in Granite City, IL and passed away on December 19, 2025, in St. Louis, MO.

Philip was a member of Metro East Assembly of God Church, Troy, IL.  He served his Country faithfully in the United States Army during the Vietnam Conflict.  He enjoyed flying ultra-light planes, sky diving, boating and cruising on his Harley with his cousin Ronny.  He was an avid Cardinals and Blues fan.  Philip loved his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren and the times they spent together.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Raymond and Billie Marie (nee Black) Creath; his brother, Charles Creath.

Surviving is his children, Tammy Place of Troy, IL and Robyn (Brian) Owens of Hiawassee, GA; grandchildren, Jordan Place, Noah (Kristin) Owens and Seth Owens; great-grandchildren, Ellie Owens and Millie McClelland; brothers, Terry and Kelly Creath both of Troy, IL; sisters-in-law, Patti Creath and Maureen; nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends.

Visitation for Philip will be from 10:30 am to 12 noon of Tuesday, December 30, 2025, at Richeson Funeral Home, Troy, IL.

Funeral services will be held at 12 noon of Tuesday, December 30, 2025, at Richeson Funeral Home, troy, Il with Rev. Brenden McDonald officiating.  Interment with full military honors will be held at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, St. Louis, MO.
