Nelda J. Barbour, 84, of Highland, IL born Sunday, September 29, 1940, in Sweetwater, TX and passed away at her home in Highland Il on Wednesday, July 2, 2025.
Nelda was a long-time faithful member of CrossView Assembly of God Church in O'Fallon, IL. She and Bobby loved vacationing, camping and enjoyed the times they spent traveling together to new destinations. She loved her family and was always happy when spending time with them.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Barbour whom she married May 20, 1961, in Clovis, NM and he passed away on July 21, 2019; her parents, David Roy and Kathleen Marie (nee Barkley) Tolison; and her brother, Billy R. Tolison.
Surviving is her three sons, Stephen (Beth) Barbour of Troy, IL, Todd (Kelli) Barbour of St. Jacob, IL and Michael (Amy) Barbour of Troy, IL; her grandchildren, Melanie, Jason, Beau, Brandon, Collin, Jackson, Ben and Ella; nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Visitation for Nelda will be held 10 to 11 am on Friday, July 11, 2025, at CrossView Assembly of God Church, 915 E HWY 50, O'Fallon, IL 62294.
Funeral services will be held at 11 am on Friday, July 11 at CrossView Assembly of God Church, O'Fallon, with Rev. Kent Wilson officiating. Interment will be in Sunset Hills Cemetery, Glen Carbon, IL.
