Nancy M. Wallace 82, of Troy, IL, born Saturday, November 29, 1941 in Belleville, IL and passed away on Saturday, May 4, 2024 at Memorial Hospital, Shiloh, IL.

Nancy attended St. Henry's Catholic Church in Belleville, IL.  She was a graduate of Belleville township High School Class of 1959.  She enjoyed the beauty of nature and her flower gardens.  She was past president of the Garden Club and a member of the Missouri Botanical Gardens.  She was always happy spending time with her friends and her puppy.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Lee Wallace; her parents, Marcellus T. and Virginia E. (nee Bien) Kaufhold.

Nancy is survived by many dear friends including, Bill and Pat Covey of Troy, IL.

Visitation for Nancy will be 10 to 11 am on Thursday, May 9, 2024 at Richeson Funeral Home, Troy, IL.

Funeral services will be held at 11 am on Thursday at Richeson Funeral Home, Troy, IL with Very Reverend Kenneth J. York officiating.  Interment will be in Lake View Memorial Cemetery, Fairview Heights, IL.
