Nancy G. Ethier, nee Long, 89, of Crystal City, MO formerly of St. Louis, MO, born August 10, 1926, Cadet, MO, died Wednesday, May 25, 2016, at Mercy Jefferson Hospital, Festus, MO

Nancy retired as a pattern sizer working for Minx Mode Fashions and Lowenbaum Manufacturing Company in St. Louis. She was a proud member of International Ladies Garment Workers Union for over 50 years.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Emile Ethier whom she married January 25, 1947 and he passed away May 4, 2009; parents, Gideon Chadburn and Dollie Bell (nee Morris) Long; sisters, Rachel Richeson, Becky Lauritzen; brothers, Chad Long and Charles "B" Long; and a great-nephew Cary John Richeson.

Surviving are her brother, Morris (Opal) Long of Potosi, MO, Nieces and nephews, John "Rich" (Joyce) Richeson of Festus, MO, Debbie Richeson of Festus, MO, Dennis Richeson of De Soto, MO, Pattijo Richeson of Sullivan, MO and Guideon Richeson of St. Jacob, IL; 7 great-nieces and nephews; 12 great-great-nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 28, 2016, at Mahn Funeral Home, Festus, MO, with Fr. Jeffrey Maassen officiating. Interment will be private at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, St. Louis, MO.
