Obituary
Nancy Marie Barsch, 59, of Troy,IL. born August 19, 1947, in Highland, IL. passed away Friday, August 25, 2006, at Anderson Hospital, Maryville, IL.surrounded by her loving family.
Mrs. Barsch was secretary to the general manager at Channel 5 KSDK, prior to this she was administrative assistant at Gardner Advertising in St. Louis, Mo. She was a member of Friedens Church, Troy, IL. and the American Legion Auxillary Post # 708 also of Troy, IL. Nancy loved collecting books and antics.
She was preceded in death by her father, Walter Mills.
Surviving are her husband, Donald Barsch of Troy, IL.,whom she married June 24, 1967, at Friedens Church,Troy,IL.;her mother, Florence,nee Ward,Mills; a brother, William Anthony (Judy) Mills of Alton City,Mo.; a sister,Mary Ann (Gerald) Grow of Glen Carbon, IL.;and a host of Nephews and Nieces.
Memorials may be made to the Troy Library or Highland Animal Shelter.
VISITATION: Friends may call from 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. on Monday, August 28, 2006 at Laughlin Funeral Home, Troy, IL.
FUNERAL: Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 A.M.,Tuesday, August 29, 2006 at Laughlin Funeral Home, Chapel,Troy,IL.with the Rev.Dr. James Donahue officiating. Interment will be in St. John Evangelical Cemetery,Black Jack,IL.
