Obituary
Morris "Mose" Aemisegger, age 92, of St. Jacob, Illinois died, Monday, July 12, 2010 at the Highland Health Care, Highland, IL.
Mr. Aemisegger had devoted his life to farming. He married Edith Frey on September 23, 1940. Mose was a member of St. Jacob United Church of Christ; the Highland Sharp Shooters; the Edwardsville Moose, and the Horseshoe Club, Elks and Eagles in Lake Worth, Florida.
Mose was preceded in death by his parents, Otto and Laura, nee Gates, Aemisegger,brothers, Howard and Floyd Aemisegger; sisters, Norma McKinney, Anna Pearl Ryan, Carol Aemisegger and Lorraine Schoel.
He is survived by his wife, Edith, nee Frey, Aemisegger of St. Jacob, IL.; son, Curtis (Linda) Aemisegger of Wauconda, IL.; daughter, Sharon (Donald) Speice of Melbourne, FL.; and grandchildren, Jeffrey Speice and Bryan Aemisegger.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Keystone Cemetery.
His wishes were to be cremated. A memorial service will held at a later date.
