Melanie Anne Hedlund, 67, of Troy, IL, born Friday, February 24, 1956 in Louisville, KY and passed away on Sunday, May 14, 2023 in St. Louis, MO.
Melanie was a member of the Catholic Church. She enjoyed watching her TV programs, playing with the grand-dogs and visiting with her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Yvonne (nee Hakes) McAllister.
Surviving are her children, Lori (Jeff Rachell) Sanders of Waterloo, IL, Lisa (Rodney Weis) Kittel of Collinsville, IL and Samantha Hedlund of Staunton, IL; and her grandson, Charles Rachell.

Visitation for Melanie will be 10 to 11 am on Saturday, June 3, 2023 at Richeson Funeral Home, Troy, IL.
