Mary Sally Turner, 55, of Edwardsville, Ill., born Nov. 20, 1953, in Highland, Ill., died Sunday, April 19, 2009, at her residence.
Mary was a library specialist at Lovejoy Library on the campus of SIUE. She was a member of Immanuel United Methodist Church, Friends of the St. Louis Public Library, Lovejoy Library at SIUE, and Missouri Botanical Gardens.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Restore H. and Carol A., nee Studt, Turner.
Surviving are her brother, Lawrence Turner of Bunker Hill, Ill.; sisters, Kathryn (William) Perry of Hazen, N.D., and Carol (Victor) Orlandi of Menomonee Falls, Wis.; and nieces and nephews, Michael Ross, Jennifer Holliman, and Linda and Maria Orlandi.
Memorials may be made to the Lovejoy Library and SIUE.

Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. Sunday, April 26, 2009, at Laughlin-Richeson Funeral Home, Troy, Ill., with Rev. Jackie Havis-Shear officiating. Burial will be at Friedens Cemetery, Troy, Ill.
