Obituary
Mary Patricia Schulte, 53, of Troy, Ill., born Dec. 8, 1959, in Detroit, Mich., died Wednesday, Jan. 9, 2013, at her home.
Mary was a member of St. Jerome Catholic Church, Troy, Ill., and had worked for Unger Eye Care in Troy, Ill. She enjoyed being a mom and raising her family. She loved to travel, and especially enjoyed her trip to Disney World.
Surviving are her husband, David K. Schulte of Troy, Ill.; daughter, Maggie Schulte of Troy, Ill.; son, Kenney Schulte of Troy, Ill.; her parents, Joseph and Eunice, nee Moynahan, Shaw; brothers, Thomas (Lilia) Shaw, Daniel Shaw and Robert Shaw, all of Livonia, Mich.; and sisters, Kathleen (Gary) Vella of South Lyon, Mich., and Amy (Casey) King of Royal Oak, Mich.
Memorials may be made to the ALS Society, 2258 Weldon Parkway, St. Louis, Mo. 63146.
Friends may call from 9:30 to 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 12, 2013, at St. Jerome Catholic Church, Troy, Ill.
Funeral mass will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 12, 2013, at St. Jerome Catholic Church, Troy, Ill., with Father Pat Jakel officiating.
