Mark Stephen Swift, 64, of Troy, IL, born Monday, February 21, 1955 in Mt. Vernon, IL passed away on Monday, August 5, 2019 at St. Louis University Medical Center, St. Louis, MO.

Mark attended St. Jerome Catholic Church in Troy, IL and St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Benton, IL. He enjoyed the outdoors especially when he was fishing on a hunting trip, running or gardening. He loved his family, his wife, children and grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Dorothy (nee McManus) Swift.

Surviving are his wife, Brenda (nee Johnson) Swift of Troy, IL; children, Bridget (Brenden) Neibergall of Huntersville, NC and Todd Swift of Willoughby Hills, OH; step-children, John (Abby) Curran and Brandon Herrington both of Troy, IL; grandchildren, Rowan and Milo Neibergall and Connor and Emme Curran; brothers, Raymond (Martha) Swift of West Frankfort, IL and Richard (Kathy) Swift of Godfrey, IL.
