Obituary
Marie L. Porter, age 75, of Highland, formerly of Troy, passed away Wednesday, October 1, 2003 at Faith Countryside Nursing Home in Highland, Illinois.
Ms. Porter was born January 17, 1928 to Irvin and Louise (nee Keck) Porter in Troy, Illinois. She was a member of Friedens United Church of Christ.
She is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Grace (Jack) Leder of Highland and Mrs. Helen (Glen) Hagemann of Highland. She was preceded in death by her brother, Robert in 1974.
Visitation: 10:00 AM to Noon, Friday, October 3, 2003 at Laughlin Funeral Home
Funeral Services: Noon, October 3, 2003 at Laughlin Funeral Home Chapel.
Memorials may be made to Friedens UCC and may be accepted at the funeral home.
Interment: Friedens Cemetery, Troy, Illinois
