Margaret "Marge" Foehrkolb Huber, 91, of Troy, IL, born March 14, 1926 in Baltimore, MD, passed away Saturday, June 24, 2017 at Eden Village, Glen Carbon, IL.

Marge was a long time member of Mother of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, Maryville, IL.  She was the 4th grade teacher at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic School for over 25 years and in retirement enjoyed the retired teachers monthly luncheon.    She was a Bible Study Teacher and was always ready and willing to teach.  Marge loved the St. Louis Cardinals, playing bingo, and cooking for family functions.  She loved and was loved by her family.

She was preceded in death by her husbands, Alfred Foehrkolb and Ralph Huber; son, Andrew Foehrkolb; parents, Charles and Ramona (nee Gorub) Friedel; one brother; and two sisters.

Surviving are her children, Stephen (April Guth) Foehrkolb of Collinsville, IL, Andrew C. Foehrkolb of Maryville, IL, Gary (Linda) Foehrkolb of St. Jacob, IL, Christine (Fred) Poddig of Glen Carbon, IL, Carol (Keith) Mechler of Troy, IL, Judy Weder of Troy, IL and Dan (Nina) Weder of Galveston, TX; grandchildren, Jeffrey Kennedy, Patrick (Jamie) Kennedy, Carrie (Matt) Hilling, Jessica (Mark) Grieshaber, Daniel (Christina) Foehrkolb, Joseph (Mila) Foehrkolb, Melanie (Mike) Shelton, Kimberly (Nate) Italiano, April (Dustin) Foutch, Anna (Justin) Bonvallet, Cyndi (Kyle) Hueter, Fred (Shaun) Poddig, Julie (Brian) Charlton, Brian (Ashley) Weder, Allan (Emily) Weder, Chris (Courtney) LeBeau, Heath Zeigler, Brittnie DuVall and Jerry (Joanna) Stagner; 38 great-grandchildren; and 7 great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral mass will be held 10 a.m. Thursday, June 29, 2017 at Mother of Perpetual Help Catholic Church,  with Fr. Joseph Havrilka officiating.  Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery, Edwardsville, IL.
