Lonnie M. Bell, 29, of Troy, Illinois, born February 19, 1978 in Bitburg Air Base, West Germany, died July 26, 2007 at his residence.
Lonnie was a coin collector and a collector of many items. He was highly skilled and educated in computer techniques. Lonnie handled most of the business affairs for his parents and was extremely interested in agriculture. Lonnie lived in Troy most of his life and was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Troy and a graduate of Triad High School.
Lonnie is survived by his parents Larry and Anita (nee:Tegel) Bell of Troy, Illinois, his maternal grandmother Eloise Tegel, his brother Chad Q. Bell of Troy, Illinois, his Step-brother Frederick Bell of Kansas City, Missouri, his uncles, Pete (Celia) Tegel of San Diego, California, William (Helen) Tegel of Florissant, Missouri, Robert (Laura) Tegel of Godfrey, Illinois, Joseph Tegel of Pontoon Beach, Illinois, and Jim (Theresa) Bell of Sheboygan, Michigan, his aunts, Sharon M. Manning of Eldon, Missouri, Sandra (Richard) Wylie of Pontoon Beach, Illinois, Louise (Art) Sherman of Utica, Michigan, Darlene (Leonard) Brozowski of Auburn Heights, Michigan, and Marie Bowen of Texas.
Lonnie was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents and maternal grandfather.
VISITATION HOURS: Friends may call at the Laughlin Funeral Home after 4:00 P.M. on Wednesday, August 1, 2007.
FUNERAL SERVICE: will be at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, August 2, 2007 at the Laughlin Funeral Home "Chapel" with Reverend Darwin Schrader officiating. Burial will be at Sunset Hills Memorial Estates, Glen Carbon, Illinois.
