Obituary
Lela Faye Broderhausen, nee Sharp, age 88, of Collinsville, Illinois, died Monday October 27, 2003 at Collinsville Care Center.
Mrs. Broderhausen was born November 5, 1914 in Kearnes County, Texas to Thomas Marion and Florence, nee Weston, Sharp. They preceded her in death. She lived in the Collinsville and Troy area since 1964. She was a member of Collinsville Church of Christ in Collinsville, Illinois. She married Otto Broderhausen November 5, 1933. He died September 8, 1987. She was also preceded in death by two sons, Carl and Robert Broderhausen.
Surviving are two sons, Ed (Donna) Broderhausen of Troy, Illinois and John (Ann) Broderhausen of Tyler, Texas; a daughter, Lela Anne (Kenneth) Cook of Collinsville, Illinois; a sister, Grace (Don) Shelton of Huachuca City, Arizona; eight grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
Visitation: Friends may call from 4:00 to 8:00 pm, Friday, October 31, 2003 at Laughlin Funeral Home, Troy.
Funeral Services: 10:00 am, Saturday, November 1, 2003 at Laughlin Funeral Home with Ed Broderhausen presiding.
