Obituary
Lawrence Spealman, 63, of Highland, IL.,born November 19, 1942, in Lebanon, IL. died Monday, May 1. 2006 at Anderson Hospital, Maryville, IL.
Mr. Spealman was a mechanic for Goshen-Do-It,Glen Carbon, IL. He had spent many years farming, which wasa love of his.
Mr. Spealman was a past member of the Madison County Board and was very active in the construction of the new Madison County jail.
Later in life he became a School Bus Driver. He enjoyed loading shells, hunting and fishing.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Marion W. and Iris M.,nee;Catron, Spealman.
He is survived by his wife, Donna, neeCanady, Spealman of Highland, IL.,two sons, Brian (Demetria) Spealman of Highland, IL., and Chad Spealman of Highland, IL.; a daughter, Stacey (Brian) Jackson of Troy, IL.; a brother, Raymond (Linda) Spealman of Trenton, IL.; sisters, Gloria (Ronnie) Ross of Oakdale, IL.,Maxine (Fred) Santel of Trenton, IL.,and Darlene (Dennis) Lehman of Edwardsville, IL. and five grandchildren.

VISITATION: Friends may call from 4 P.M. to 8 P.M. Thursday, May 4, 2006 at the Laughlin Funeral home, Troy, IL.
SERVICES: Funeral Service will be held at 10 A.M. Friday, at Laughlin Funeral home, Troy, IL. with the Rev. Mitchell Sanders officiating. Interment will be in College Hill Cemetery, Lebanon, IL.
