Lance Fanning, 66, of Belleville, IL, born January 29, 1951 in Lexington, KY, passed away November 6, 2017 at St. Luke's Hospital, St. Louis, MO

Lance retired from Bi-State Local 788 ATU. He was a loving son, brother, father and a devoted grandfather.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Bruce Fanning; and a sister, Linda Finley.

Surviving are his parents, Marvin and Joyce (nee Healey) Fanning of Troy, IL; children, Michael Fanning, Amanda Johns and Michelle Fanning; grandchildren, Devon and Elizabeth Hunt, Alissa Johnson and Faith Fanning; and brother, Bryan (Jodie) Fanning of Troy, IL. Our dear uncle, Cousin and friend.

Memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, December 9, 2017 at Richeson Funeral Home, Troy, IL, with Rev. Jeff McDonald Officiating.
