Ethel M. "Judy" Neal, 97, of Belleville, IL, born May 28, 1921, in Canada, passed away peacefully on Tuesday August 1, 2018 at her home.

Judy was a member of "FRIENDS" program in Troy, IL. She enjoyed traveling, and was always ready for the next adventure. She enjoyed good theatre and going to see a new movie. Judy loved her family and friends and will be missed by all.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Neal; and a daughter, Jody Neal.

Surviving are her children, Lori (Jeff Tynan) Neal of Belleville, IL, Nancy Neal of Belleville, IL, Jane (Mike) Griffin of Lubbock, TX, Patti Neal of Belleville, IL, and Drew Neal of El Paso, TX; grandchildren, Jill (Eric) Bernard, Matt (Molly) Griffin, Neal Severn, Kellee Neal, Jacquelene Neal and Alan Neal; as well as great-grandchildren, Katy and Allen Bernard, Ashley, Lauren and Julia Griffin.

Family and friends will gather at the main office of Jefferson Barracks Cemetery at 11 a.m. Funeral services will be held 11:15 a.m. Thursday, August 9, 2018, at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery Chapel, St. Louis, MO, with Rev. Charles West officiating.
Burial will take place with her husband in Jefferson Barracks.
