Joyce Ann Stone, nee Albert, 77, of Troy, Ill., born July 12, 1939, in St. Louis, Mo., died Monday, Feb. 20, 2017, at Anderson Hospital, Maryville, Ill.
Joyce was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John P. Pigg Sr.; two sons, John P. Pigg Jr. and Brian H. PiggStone; a grandson, Christopher G. Stone; and parents, Fred and Bernice, nee Hertfelder, Albert.
Surviving are a son, Fred A. (Carla) Darnell of Owensville, Ill.; daughter-in-law, Patty Holman Stone of Farmington, Mo.; grandchildren, Jeremy (Amy) Darnell of Belleville, Ill., Jessica Darnell of Potosi, Mo., Olivia Darnell of St. Louis, Mo., Sean Darnell of De Soto, Mo., and Danielle (Quintez Raven) PiggStone of Farmington, Mo.; and great-grandchildren, Johnathan Darnell, Isaiah and Cameron Raven, and Dylan and Daniel Darnell.

Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 23, 2017 at the funeral home with Pastor Rocky Good officiating. Burial in Friedens Cemetery, Troy, Ill.
