Joyce J. Preisendanz, 72, of Belleville, Ill., born October 10, 1944 in Belleville, Ill., died Feb. 21, 2017 at her home.

Joyce was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Belleville, Ill. and was a retired nurse from St. Elizabeth's Hospital.

She was preceded by her husband, William Preisendanz; daughter, Stacy Dulle; and her parents, William and Albina, nee Panz, Steffel.

Surviving Joyce is her step-daughter, Jane (Mick) Hoepfinger of Columbia, Ill.; grandchildren, Christina (Cameron) Rockey of Pasadina, Maryland and Rebecca (Adam) Kaeser of Sunpraire, Wis.; great-grandchildren, Connor Kaeser and Alexa Rockey; and her brother, George (Audrey) Steffel of Monroe, Ohio; and friend, Cheryl (Dave) Horner of Troy, Ill.
