Obituary
John Gerhard Hoff, age 75, of Troy, IL. died June 9, 2010 at Anderson Hospital, Maryville, IL. He was the husband of Rita Hoff.
John was born in Fayetteville, IL. to Oliver and Bernadine, nee Stein, Hoff. He was a member of St. Jerome Catholic Church, Troy, IL. and had retired from Roadway Express.
Mr. Hoff was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his wife Rita, nee Epplin, Stein; son, Thomas Hoff (Carole) of Fowler, IN.; daughter, Elizabeth Gersbach of Hudsonville, MI.; sisters, Carol Clark (Ray) of Eagle Rock, MO., and Ann Buss (Richard) of Foley, AK.; grandchildren, Caleb John Hoff, Jordan Lee Hoff, and Joshua Thomas Hoff.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to Relay for Life in memory of John Hoff.
There will be a private family graveside service.
