Mr. Jeremy Baldwin, age 26, of St. Jacob, Illinois, born July 27, 1979 in Alton, Illinois, died December 13, 2005.

Mr. Baldwin spent most of his life in Marine with a short time of his life in Florida before moving to St. Jacob, Illinois. Jeremy attended and graduated from Marine Elementary School and then attended Triad and Edwardsville High Schools. Jeremy loved to play poker, he loved sports and was a fan of life. Jeremy was very strong spirited considering all the pain he carried with him. He was always wanting to improve himself. During his short illness he touched many people, you might say he was a people person.

Mr. Baldwin is preceded in death by his father, Jerry Baldwin, Jr., his paternal grandparents, Imogene and Jerry Baldwin, and his maternal grandfather, John Sowash.

Mr. Baldwin is survived by his mother, Sharon Sowash of St. Jacob, Illinois, his step-father, Andrew Pickering of St. Jacob, Illinois, a sister Nicole Gaines of St. Jacob, Illinois, and maternal grandmother, Mrs. Iona Sowash of Marine, Illinois.

VISITATION: Family will be receiving relatives and friends from 1:00 P.M. to time of Memorial Service at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, December 17, 2005 at Laughlin Funeral Home. Jack Dawson officiating. Interment will take place at a later date.

The family of Mr. Baldwin request that memorials be directed to "FootPrints" of Cardinal Glennon Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri.
