Jason Todd Schueren, 43, of Granite City, IL, born Monday, December 15, 1975 in Granite City, IL and passed on Thursday, November 28, 2019 at his home in Granite City, IL.

Jason was a Metallica enthusiast, always had fun on the holidays especially 4th of July and setting off fireworks. He liked to watch horror movies and following Big Foot spotting's and shows, loved and cared for animals especially Lars the cat. Jason enjoyed home improvement projects and working on his home. Most of all he loved his family.

He was preceded in death by stepfather, Hanspeter Young

Surviving are his mother, Carol J. (nee Welton) Young of Nokomis, FL; sisters Traci Schueren of Union, MO, Jamie (David) Nothstine of Englewood, FL; his brother, Mike (Ginger) Schueren of Troy, IL; nieces, Kaylie Tidwell and Myranda Schueren; great-nephews, Carter and Cooper Lepping; nephew cousin and friend to many.
