Obituary
Jacqueline Jean "Jackie" Robertson, 65, of Troy, Ill., born July 4, 1945, in Cleveland, Ohio, died Wednesday, May 25, 2011, at her home.
Jackie worked as an office manager at Flo-Systems. She was a member of the Troy Christian Church and the Moose Lodge. Jackie was instrumental in the formation of the Troy Library on Market Street.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John J. and Cecelia, nee Barnes, Starr.
Surviving are her daughter, Brenda (Betsy Edwards) Johnson of Troy, Ill.; brother, John J. Starr of Washington; and sisters, Carol Starr, Shirley Dorsey and Victoria Vlach all of Texas and Judy Schadel of Ohio.
Memorials may be made to the family for a memorial bench to be placed at Troy Township Park.
Friends may call from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday, June 4, 2011, at Troy Christian Church, Troy, Ill.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 4, 2011, at Troy Christian Church, Troy, Ill., with Rev. Diana Thomas officiating. Jackie's wishes were to be cremated.
