Jack L. Silverest age 61 of Troy, IL died Friday September 12, 2008 in Las Vegas, NV.
Preceded in death by his father Curtis Silverest, Three sisters Ida M. Silverest, Geraldine Lyons and Gloria Galanti.
Beloved Husband of Deborah E. (nee Borle) Silverest. Dear Father of Donna E. Shelton of Caseyville, IL. And Nicole E. (Keith) Mensing of Highland, IL. Grandfather of Kyle B. Shelton and Nora R. Mensing. Son of Mary Margaret (nee Wilson) Silverest Bucher. Brother of Charles (Stella) Silverest of Forsyth, MO, Richard (Shelba) Silverest of Coats, NC, Thomas (Joyce) Silverest of Fort Wayne, IN, Curtis Silverest of Auburn, IN, Marsha (Jerry) Austerman of Lake Orion, MI and Carolyn Silverest of Fort Wayne, IN. Step-brothers Roger (Lynn) Bucher, Gary (Sue) Bucher and Dennis (Kim) Bucher.
Jack enjoyed fishing, golfing, Cardinal baseball and work, but most of all he loved his family.
A memorial service will be held October 03, 2008 at the Laughlin~Richeson Funeral Home, Troy, IL with Charles West officiating.
The family will meet friends from 1 to 2:30 pm on Oct 3, at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to American Heart Association.
