Mrs. Irene Gindler Druessel Kotzman age 93 years of Collinsville, Illinois, born July 8, 1912 in Troy-Black Jack area, died March 27, 2006 at Anderson Hospital, Maryville, Illinois.

Mrs. Kotzman lived her entire life in the Troy-Black Jack area. She was a member of Friedens United Church of Christ, Troy, Illinois.

Mrs. Kotzman is preceded in death by her parents Henry and Anna (nee: Kirsch) Gindler, her first husband Oswald "Jim" Druessel whom she married October 8, 1933 and passed away on September 4, 1958, and her second husband Anton "Carl" Kotzman whom she married March 11, 1961 and passed away November 25, 1979, one son James Druessel and four brothers, Oscar, Walter, Harold and Elmer Gindler.

Mrs. Kotzman is survived by one daughter Mrs. Jo Ann Longhi of Collinsville, Illinois, one daughter-in-law, Peggy J. Druessel of Decatur, Illinois, five grandchildren, Karen Kronk of Troy, Illinois, Kathy Patton of Collinsville, Illinois, Jeffrey (Joan) Druessel of Centerville, Virginia, Timothy (Donna) Druessel of Decatur, Illinois and Stephen (Susie) Druessel of West Des Moines, Iowa, and eight great-grandchildren, and a host of nephews and nieces.

VISITATION: Friends may call at the Laughlin Funeral Home after 4 P.M. on Thursday, March 30, 2006. Funeral Services will by Friday, March 31, 2006 at 11 A.M. from Friedens United Church of Christ, Troy, Illinois with Rev. Scott Hawker officiating. Interment will be at St. John Cemetery, Black Jack, Illinois. Memorials may be made to Friedens United Church of Christ, Troy, Illinois.
