Obituary
Margie Aaron, 86, of Troy, Ill., born Feb. 27, 1923, in Atlanta, Ga., died on Sunday, Oct. 4, 2009, in Maryville, Ill.
Mrs. Aaron was a homemaker. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Lakewood Lodge, Atlanta, Ga.
Margie was preceded in death by her son, Michael Earl Aaron; parents, Charles H. and Mattie Josephine, nee Couch, Dye; and sisters, Betty Jo Thomas and Pearl Brigman.
Surviving are her husband, Roy Aaron of Troy, Ill.; children, Alan Mark (Kay) Aaron of Orlando, Fla., and Rebecca (Joe) Varda of Troy, Ill.; grandchildren, Shannen (John) Tuten and Shane Brown; great-grandchildren, William, Katherine and Joshua Tuten; sisters, June DuPree of Atlanta, Ga., and Charlene Pittman of Woskom, Texas.
Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
Margie's wishes were to be cremated and burial to take place in Atlanta, Ga.
