Herman J. Bugger Jr., 72 of Troy, IL born Thursday, January 27, 1948 in Highland, IL and passed away on Thursday, September 10, 2020 at Holy Family Hospital, Greenville, IL.

Herman was a member of St. Jerome Catholic Church, Troy, IL and served his country faithfully in the United States Air Force serving during the Vietnam Conflict.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Herman Sr. and Dorothy (nee Wilkinson) Bugger; brothers, Pete and Chuck Bugger; sisters, Nancy Schiefer and Diane Messina; brother-in-law, David Rickert.

Surviving are his sister, Kathy Rickert of Troy, IL; nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
