Mr. Herbert W.Faus (86)of Troy, Illinois, passed away at Maryville Manor nursing Home in Maryville, Illinois on Friday MArch 25, 2005.
Mr. Faus was born to the late Herbert W. Faus and Bricea (nee:Wright) Faus on July 20, 1918 in Philadelphia, Penn. Mr. Faus was a Test Engineer for American Steel Foundaries in Granite City, Illinois.Mr. Faus was married to Neola (nee:Luster) Faus on October 8, 1947 and she passed away on December 28, 2000.
Mr. Faus has lived in Troy since 1946 and was a life long member of Friedens United Church of Christ in troy, Illinois.He was a past member of the Troy Lions Club where he served as Treasurer.
Mr. Faus is survived by one daughter; Laura Alley of Waterloo, Illinois; Step-Son; William (Dot) Rehling of St. Jacob, Illinois;one sister; Nancy McKinless of Alexander, Va.Four Grandchildren and Seven Great Grandchildren.
FINAL DISPOSITION: In accordance with the wishes of the decease, there will be Direct Cremation with a Memorial Service at a later date.
