Obituary
Mr. Henry H. Hudson Jr., 79, of Glen Carbon, Illinois, born May 14, 1928 in McCaysville, Georgia, passed away December 12, 2007 at Anderson Hospital, Maryville, Illinois.
Mr. Hudson retired from the U.S. Army after 24 years of service. He served in Vietnam and Korea. Mr. Hudson was a member of American Legion and V. F. W. in Georgia. Mr. Hudson lived in the Glen Carbon area for 2 years.
Mr. Hudson is survived by his daughter Mrs. Gail (Steve) Rice of Granite City, Illinois and two grandchildren.
Mr. Hudson is preceded in death by his parents, Henry H. and Ivery Mae (nee:Sinnaman) Hudson, his wife, Emma Nell (nee: Davis) Hudson, his son, Ronnie Hudson, four brothers, H.C., Ernest, and Newman Hudson and a sister, Ruby Lee.
Graveside service will be held at Coolspring Cemetery in Chatsworth, Georgia. Local arrangements are being handled by Laughlin Funeral Home.
