Obituary
Heather Jo Phillips, 35, of Troy, IL born Friday, January 19, 1985 in Maryville, IL and passed away on Monday, March 30, 2020.
She was preceded in death by her father, Randy J. Phillips and nephew, Dilyn P. Reagan.
She is survived by her children, Kaylyn Nicole and Alexys Kristine Collins of Troy, IL and William Joe Stone of Glen Carbon, IL; her mother, Pamela G (nee Best) Phillips; and her sisters, Wyndi L. (Eric) Kloepper of Granite City, IL and Holli N. Phillips of Troy, IL. Niece Abbi S. Reagan. Nephews, Nicholas A.Kloepper and Graesyn T. Graham.
